Ingredients

1. 250 gm keema (minced meat)

2. 50 gm Bengal gram dal

3. Egg – 1

4. 1 sliced onion, 4 sliced Chilies, 1/2 piece sliced ginger

5. A bunch of Chopped mint leaves

6. Bread crumbs salt as desired.

7. Garam Masala powder – 1/2 tsp.

Method

Boil keema and dal together. Mash it well. Add to it sliced onion, Chilies ginger Meat leaves and salt. Mix well. Divide the whole mixture into equal portions and give it an oval shape as cutlets. Roll in breadcrumbs and shallow fry on a pan till brown, serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
