Recipe for cooking delicious Vegetable Khichdi
Pick, wash and soak lentil and grams overnight. Wash, soak and drain rice. Peel and cut into thin strips potatoes, carrots and cucumber. Wash and cut tomatoes and wipe lady's finger with a wet cloth.

Wash and clean dais. Add water, turmeric, salt, garlic, ginger, green chilies. Boil dais till tender. When cooled add butter and keep on slow fire. When butter mixes well with the dais season in ghee, jeera, hing and tomatoes.
Boil keema and dal together. Mash it well. Add to it sliced onion, Chilies ginger Meat leaves and salt. Mix well. Divide the whole mixture into equal portions and give it an oval shape as cutlets.
