Write a letter of complaint to the Principal against your Physical Training Instructor

Madam,

I regret to bring to your personal notice the misbehaviour of our P.T.I. Mrs. Shukla. She is very rough. Yesterday she abused and slapped a small girl of Class IV without any fault of the girl. I am really sorry to report against such an unbecoming behaviour of the P.T. Instructor.

I request you to see that she is advised to behave properly with the students in future.
