1. I regret to inform you that, despite your recent repair my television set’s reception are very poor.
2. This is to inform you that even after your repairs, our two-in-one washing machine/inverter is not functioning well.
3. This is to complain against your mechanic who has done a careless job on our music system.
4. The water-supply pipe which we got repaired through you continues to leak as before.
Request to do necessary repairs again:
5. It is, therefore, requested that you check up the set properly and remove the fault.
6. Please reprimand your mechanic and send another man to correct the fault.
7. Therefore, please come again and set it right.
8. As water rates have increased recently, please rectify this fault, at the earliest.
9. As the guarantee period for the repairs is not yet over, we hope there will be no further charges.
10. As the first repairs were not carried out properly, there would be no question of my making a second payment for the same repair job.
11. As it is mechanic’s fault, I do not think I will have to pay anything extra now.
12. I think l do not have to pay for the repairs as the set is still under guarantee.
