Ingredients

1. Green gram dal – 50 gm

2. Black gram dal – 25 gm

3. Soya bean – 50 gm

4. Oil – 100 ml

5. Salt to taste.

Method

Soak all dais and Soya bean over night. Remove the skin of soya bean by rubbing with the hand. Grind dais and soyabean into a thin paste. Mix up properly. Add salt and water for making a batter. Spread on a Tawa as for making dosas. Serve with coconut chutney.
