With the perennial goal of yogic practice the mind is calm and the memory power rises. The power of concentration is gained. The determination of mind grows.

The work aptitude develops. The capacity of reasoning and other physical and vital behavior rises. A person could easily be distinct among others. His body is healthy. Harmonious growth brings him beauty.

In Bhagavadgita it is said- “samatvam yoga ucyate”. Yoga is equanimity. The equanimity of mind brings equality of thought which sees the world in an unbiased way. All are same before him, his near and dear ones and even unknown persons. The animals, men and all others are equal before him. Then he could do his works with a yogic consciousness.

So Gita says – yogastha kuru karnianibecomes yogah karmasu kausalam – Yoga is the skill of work – A yogi is more skillful than anybody else. For which it is suggested if anybody becomes yogi he would bring equality in life and would be more skillful in his work.

ADVERTISEMENTS:

So it is again suggested to Arjuna by Srikrishna- “tasrriat yogi bhavarjuna” but now it is not Arjuna alone. But all the conscious human beings advised to become a yogi to attain even success in the war field.
