The Justification for the creation of new states in U.P. and Bihar

It has been seen that the bigger states like U.P. and Bihar find the administrative inefficiency in handling all round development.

There are demands among the public to carve new states out of U.P. and Bihar.

In U.P. there is demand to carve Uttarakhand Comprising 12 districts in the Kumayun and Garwal mountains. In Bihar Vananchal and Jharkhand are demands.

Justification:

(1) These areas have been neglected for the long time in terms of development.

(2) These areas have different cultures and traditions from the rest part of the states.

(3) Separating these states, administrative efficiency can be increased to great extent.
