Educate is the process of learning and teaching in which the teacher and the learner interact with each other, exchange thoughts, ask and questions, etc. but indoctrination does not allow any reasoning.
Hence, indoctrination is a un polar process. It is the narrowest form of education. Ids employed primarily in religion and politics. In fact, it is neither instruction, nor education, nor training, It directs itself towards neither the student nor the teacher, but to the doctrines which are sought to be inculcated in the learner’s mind, and through which his behavioural pattern is sought to be modified, Education modifies behaviour, and so does indoctrination, but the latter does not bring about the comprehensive development of the individual’s personality. In fact, it the mere truth to say that, like education, indoctrination is not a process of development at all.
