What is the difference between Medullated Nerve Fibres and Non-Medullated Nerve Fibres ?
The difference between Medullated Nerve Fibres and Non-Medullated Nerve Fibres is that in the former the axon is surrounded by a layer of fatty proteinaceous materials called myelin sheath whereas in the latter myelin sheaths are absent.
