Who was Dr. Champakaraman Pillai ?
Dr. Champakaraman Pillai became involved in anti- British politics while he was still a student. He left India in 1908 for Germany and enrolled himself at the University of Berlin, where he obtained a doctorate degree in engineering, politics and economics.
