There is a general notion that money is the be-all and end-all of everything. Until the money is be-all, it is good servant. But when it becomes end-all, it becomes a bad master. There is no doubt that money plays a very important role in life. It is required by every one for his needs. Without money we cannot meet our basic necessity of food, clothing and shelter. Luxuries and comforts of life also need money. Upto this extent to satisfy our needs and requirements, money is a good servant. But when money becomes bad master it produces many bad habits in us. We start drinking, gambling and many vices develop in us. We grab money by ill means. And we know that ill-gotten is ill-spent.
