If a thing is exposed to the sun for a longer period of time, it is likely to lose the element of Vitamin A.

Similarly, if a thing containing Vitamin A is cooked for a very long time, It loses this element. As far as possible, attempt should be made to preserve it.

There are two important source of Vitamin ‘A’ e.g. (i) Animal sources and (ii) Vegetables and Fruits.

As in the case of other things Vitamin A is available from the animal as well as vegetable sources.
