Prime Minister’s 5-point agenda for India’s development as a knowledge society

For the development of India as a knowledge society, Prime Minister’s 5-point agenda has certain purposes. These are –

(1) To be benefitted by the successful use of the benefits of the information technology, telecommunication, science and technology, medical science and economic services.

(2) To expand education and develop the education-oriented society.

(3) World-wide networking and tele­communication’s successful use.

(4) In making law and implementation of such laws, the Government, industry and educated community have created a close contact.

(5) To create an allied relation among the power- based technology, economic and information- related issues.
