Samskar (about perfect health) one must take small quantity of ordinary food without any use of spices, sour or chilly. Tea, coffee, smoking and drinking of liquor or other intoxicants should” be completely given up. One should take to cxercising for at least 20 minutes daily without fail.

Shakti Samskara (Development of power and energy)

One should observe complete silence for at least two hours every day and eight hours on Sundays. One must not indulge in sex more than once a month.

Aachar Samskar (Behavioural Improvement)

One must speak truth, should not hurt anyone by his words, keep anger in control, be simple and straight forward and speak less.

Ichcha Samskar (Control of desire)

Try to remain without taking sugar for weeks together. Do not take salt on Sundays. Give up spending time in clubs and hotels.

Hriday Samskar (Purity of Heart)’

Perform selfless service for few days in a week. Every month set aside a part of your income to be disbursed amongst the poor. Read religious books.

Atma Samaskar (Purity of Soul)

Study the Geeta. Read at least 10 to 20 slokas and ponder over their meaning. Attend Kirtans and other religious festivals. (vii) Adhyatmic Samskar (Spiritual Development)

Go to bed early. Get up at 4 in the morning and take bath. Do breathing exercise and spend some time in meditation and worship of the Lord. Do some form of Sadhna and recite the Gayatri Mantra.
