While standing the body weight falls equally on both the legs, resting the heels on the flat surface with no muscle strained; the waist and head are straight/erect and are in line, chest should be slightly out, and the shoulders should be in a straight line; the arms should be resting on the weight in a straight line.

Attention position is ideal but tiring, therefore, one should not be made to stand in that position for a ling time. It may cause tiredness, nausea, and vertigo. Normal standing position is that of stand-at-ears. Do not be slouchy and do not stand: stand straight indicates self-confidence, control and awareness.
