Ghazi Tughlaq, who was the governor of the Frontier province during the Khilji dynasty murdered the last ruler Khushro Shah in 13ZU AD and usurped the throne and became the Sultan of Delhi. He founded Tughlaq dynasty and ruled from 1320 AD to 1325 AD. His real name was Ghazi Malik and assumed the title of Ghyasuddin Tughlaq. He met an accident in 1325 and died.

Mohammad Tughlaq (1325 -1351 AD):

After the death of Ghyasuddin Tughlaq, his son prince Juna Khan assumed the title Mohammad Tughlaq and became the Sultan of Delhi. He was the most accomplished ruler of this dynasty but lacked common sense. He was very learned but he was very often foolish. As a ruler he was lot and put a great harm to his empire by his wrong plans. He died in 1351 AD.

Feroz Shah Tughlaq (1351-1388AD):

Mohammad Bin feroz by his nephew Feroz Shah Tughlaq. He tried in the kingdom and to repair the harm done by restore Tughlaq’s plan. He introduced many reforms. He created the taxes. He died in 1388 AD.

After the death of Feroz Shah Tughlaq the dynasty began to The last ruler of this dynasty was Nasiruddin Mahmood Shah. After his death the Tughlaq dynasty finally came to an end in 1412 AD.
