Anger is an emotional reaction of extreme displeasure or violence that causes loss of self-control and temporary madness, and sometimes a tendency to avenge or punish the cause of such displeasure. An angry person’s facial expression radically changes. It becomes red; the eye balls roll; and the body shakes with unusual excitement.

His character also changes for sometime. He vents his anger in loud abusive language, or even comes to blows with the person with whom he is angry. He behaves in an unnatural manner, and utters unbalanced words.

His blindness to reason makes him devoid of natural feelings of love and compassion. By losing his sense of judgement, he is likely to commit inhuman injuries to the victim of his anger.

It is very important to conquer anger. The angry person should try to control his nerves and the rise of blood pressure. This can be done by counting numerically in a reverse way that is from ten, nine, eight downward up to zero. Constant efforts should be made to get rid of the evil curse of anger. That will save one’s health, reputation and dignity.
