Cooperation is an associative as well as basic process of social life. Without this society cannot exist. The mutual attraction between man and woman and the spirit of cooperation are at the root of human creation.

Kinship relations depend on the mutual cooperation of the family members and close relatives. Cooperation plays an important part in hunting, agriculture and in industrial system of production. Man’s psychological, biological, social, cultural, economic and political needs inspire the members of the group for mutual cooperation.

According to C.H. Cooley, common goal, rationality, self-control and the capacity to organise them are the necessary elements of cooperation.
