The Viewsonic ViewPhone 3 is one of the most basic phones out of the company’s MWC 2012 line-up. Like the other viewsonic smartphones this device also supports dual-SIM functionality which allows travelers to stay connected in both SIMS. It comes with a 3.5” capacitive touch display, 5MP camera, Wi-Fi, GPS and FM radio all this powered by an 800 Mhz processor and 512 MB RAM. This candybar smart phone is run by Android 2.3 firmware.
The device is powered by a single core, 800 MHz ARM 11 processor with a system memory of 512 MB and 32 GB micro SD support (expandable storage). The 5 MP camera supports features such as Auto focus, Manual focus, White balance, Geo tagging, Panorama, Macro mode, Night mode and self-timer.
Other features include a multi format support music player, YouTube player, an Internet browser with support to HTML and built-in online service support for YouTube (upload) and Picasa. The device has a 1500mAh powerful battery to support long hours of talk time and standby.
