One of the latest from Samsung extensive line of mobile phones is the Samsung Galaxy Beam Android smartphone. It is built with a 4 inch full touchscreen display with an integrated projector. Powered with a 1GHz dual0-core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Beam runs with the Android OS v2.3 Gingerbread platform technology. It is positioned as the first and the slimmest projector smartphone that has hit the market.
The Samsung Galaxy Beam is a Quad band end engineered to run in EDGE, GPRS, and HSPA networks. It has a built in 5 megapixel rear camera with auto focus flash and a 1.3 megapixel video chat camera. This mobile phone is packed with features such as video recording capable of recording High Definition (HD) videos of up to 720p at 30 frames per second and supports video files such as MPEG4, H 263, H 264, WMV, DivX. It also comes with an audio player capable of supporting files such as MP3, AAC, AA+, eAAC+, and WMA.
