Petrol Engine

1. Petrol engine is an internal combustion engine. In this, the fuel is burned inside the cylinder of the engine.

2. In a petrol engine power is derived from hot gaseous products of combustion of fuel.

3. It is relatively safe.

4. A petrol engine is light and compact.

5. A petrol engine can be started immediately.

6. The efficiency of a petrol engine is much higher. It can have efficiency up to 40%.
