Contingency Approach (management)
A reconciliation of different the ones of organisation has been attempted through the Contingency Approach, which arose out of the number of experiments. The structure and behaviour of organisations stand in contingent relationships with certain variables like the environmental situation, the nature of industry, the mental and physical make-up of the members and so on.
