Introduction:
One of the most important things in life is values. Values can’t be exchanged and form an integral part of everyone’s lives. It is something that a person respects and recognizes as important to them. I also have certain values in my life which I hold dear to me and will protect them in every which way I can. My values have indeed made me a better person.
My Family:
The most important thing that I value is my family. My family means the world to me and I know that I can always count on my family in every situation. My life would have been every differently shaped if it not were for my family. My family members have taught me that no matter what difficulty I face in life, my family will always be there by my side. They taught me how to live life and their advice is still clear in my head.
I know one thing for sure that it doesn’t matter how many great friends we make in our life because our family will be the one that will be standing by us till our death. It is not possible to have a perfect family but one should value what one has. In my case, I value my family and I feel very lucky to have them by my side in every situation.
My Memories:

Memories are different for every person and hence, they should be valued. Memories should be valued because they are the only link to our past. I value my memories because they bring to me the various events and occurrences of my life. My knowledge of various things around me is because of my memory and they make me the person I am today.
The unique thing about memories is that they cannot be taken away by anyone else and are a part of us only. Life would have no meaning if we had no memory of the people that matter the most to us. During times of sadness or depression, the memories of those happy moments in my life, cheer me up and help me getting back on track.
Conclusion:
Thus, everyone values at least a couple of things in their lives. My values in life are the ones which have made me the person I am today. Family is the most indispensible value. And my memory is too precious to me to trade with someone else. However, I can share my memories with other people and make more memories of my own. I believe my life would be pointless without memories and it applies to everyone else too.
