After Ramanuja Nimbarka appeared as great exponent of the Bhakti movement. He tried to make the devotion as personal affairs to every man. The relation between God and man rested on purely personal devotion of the devotee towards the Absolute Being. He paid his Bhakti to Radha and Krishna.

Nimbarka was famous for his doctrines of the Vedaveda.According to him, every man had his soul. On the other hand, there was the Supreme Soul, the God. Outwardly it might appear that the soul and the Supreme Soul were different. But in and inward sense, there could been no difference between the two. Because the soul or the Atma comes from the Supreme Soul or the Paramatma.he further preached that true religion was to see the one in all, and all in one .he advised men to surrender themselves to the mercy of God with absolute devotion to him.
