Sir,
With due respect I beg to state that the marriage of my elder sister is scheduled to be held on 20th October 2009 the marriage party will come from Jalandhar. There are lots of arrangements which are to be done. There is no one in the family to help my father in the preparation. I have lots of responsibility.
I, therefore, request you to kindly grant me leave for four days, i.e., 20th – 24th November.
