Sir,

I regret to bring to your kind notice that Mr. Awadhesh Kumar has been transferred to our locality recently. The regular delivery of the mail has been completely disturbed since he joined here. Mr. Awadhesh has been very careless in discharging his duties. He throws letters anywhere near the house in spite of the fact that there are letter boxes and name plates in every house. Sometimes he delivers letters to wrong persons.

As a consequence, the letters do not reach the person concerned. The letters are frequently misplaced. Many of them are lost. We have requested him several times to mend his ways. But it has fallen to his deaf ears. The residents of the colony are sick of his irresponsible behaviour. I, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action against him so that he may be careful in discharging his duties sincerely and responsibly.

Thanking you,
