Sir,

You must have noticed that the city received incessant rain for the past three days. There was a huge accumulation of water in the streets of our municipality. The underground drains were jammed with the wastage of the town. They are not periodically cleared, as it should be.

Due to negligence on the part of your staff, the roadside dustbins are not regularly cleared. All these cause health problems. Due to water accumulation and the obnoxious dustbins, there has been a terrible outbreak of malaria in the town recently.

So, you are requested to take steps immediately to improve the sanitary system of our town for the safety of the citizens.
