I bought 165 litres Kelvinator Refrigerator from your Delhi Branch located at 302, Deep Sikha, 8, Rajendra Place, New Delhi, three months back bearing Chasis No.l212M- IOI28359. I am sorry to bring to your notice that the above refrigei-ator is defective and am not working properly. The main defect is that it is not cooling sufficiently. Perhaps, its compressor has developed some defect or it has some basic manufacturing defect.
Moreover, cockroaches, etc., find a free entry into it through its gaskets and spoil the eatables kept in it. Therefore, I am t0 request you to send one of your mechanics immediately to inspect the refrigerator in question. I would suggest that if there is some major manufacturing defect the very piece may be replaced, or at least the compressor be replaced and the other defects repaired.
