I beg to report the theft of my cycle today.

This morning I went to the State Bank of India, A.T. Road, Guwahati at about 11 A.M. I placed my cycle near the main gate. I locked it properly. I got a cheque cashed and came out of the bank. To my surprise, I found my bicycle missing. I enquired from many persons but none could give any clue.

Its make is Atlas. It bears No. 2506. It is quite a new bicycle. I bought it from the C.S.D. recently.
