Dear Sir,
I am constrained to lodge a complaint against the negligence of the postman who is on duty in our area. He never hands over our letters properly. Quite often he throws them carelessly and some of the important letters have already been lost. I request him several times to hand over my letters personally but he has not paid any heed to my request. I would therefore, request you to investigate the matter and ascertain the above facts from other members of my locality and take suitable action against the erring postman.
