Dear Sir,

We have received your recent shipment of cloth. This has put us in embarrassing position. Relying on high quality cloth supplied by you, we supplied the cloth to our customers. But regret to say that we have received large number of complaints regarding poor quality.

On examination we find that these are loosely woven. We have enclosed a few samples of it for your confirmation. As we shall have to take back the goods supplied to our customers, please send right quality of cloth at an early date and make good the loss suffered by us.
