Sir,

Respectfully I shall like to state that we have decided to observe the coming week, starting from the 15th of August, as the Tree Plantation Drive. It would require all students and teachers to plant at least one seasonal sapling each and thus help in making the National Capital green.

Since I have been appointed the convener of this noble Project, I request you to donate us at least 100 seasonal plants to make the programme a success. Your contribution would be thankfully acknowledged in our forthcoming issue of the School Magazine.
