Seals are the most distinctive part of Harappan Culture.

(b) They are square tablets made of clay with embossing on one side engraving on the other, and are often glazed.

(c) Animals like the bull, rhino, tiger, elephant and crocodile are engraved the seals.

(d) A large number of seals have the humped bull engraved on them which indicated that it was considered sacred.

(f) Some seals have inscriptions which remain unread as the script remains undeciphered.
