How Hitler Sought to Create a Pure German State?

Germany under Hitler/Nazis sought to create a pure German state by:

(i) Physically eliminating all those whom they regarded as “undesirables”.

(ii) Under the Euthanasia Programme even Germans who were considered mentally and physically unfit, and those regarded as impure and abnormal were condemned to death.

ADVERTISEMENTS:

(iii) Jews, gypsies, and blacks were regarded as socially impure. They were singled out and prosecuted.

(iv) Russians and Poles were considered sub-human and captured civilians from Russia and Poland were forced to work as slave labour.

(v) Jews were the worst sufferers in Nazi Germany. From 1933 to 1939 they were terrorised, pauperised and segregated. From 1940 to 1944, they were ghettoised in certain areas.

(vi) From 1941 onwards Jews from various ghettos and concentration camps were brought to gas chambers and charred. Example Belzek, Auschwitz.
