Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disease in which the primary problem is the defective utilization of sugar by the body. It is a very common disease to­day, especially in the affluent communities.

Causes of diabetes are (i) high intake of carbohydrate- rich diet, over eating, obesity and lack of exercise, and (ii) stress related factors.

Yogic Management First Week:
