Short Notes on Dendritic Radial pattern, and Trellis Patterns

(i) Dendritic pattern:

Dendritic pattern is that pattern in which there is a single main stream with numerous tributaries. They together resemble the branches of a tree.

(ii) Radial pattern:

In radial pattern, streams flow in all directions from a peak or a dome like upland or structure.

(iii) Trellis pattern:

Trellis river pattern is that pattern in which small streams meet a main stream at right angles. This pattern is also known as rectangular river pattern.
