Short Notes on Dendritic Radial pattern, and Trellis Patterns
(i) Dendritic pattern:
Dendritic pattern is that pattern in which there is a single main stream with numerous tributaries. They together resemble the branches of a tree.
(ii) Radial pattern:
In radial pattern, streams flow in all directions from a peak or a dome like upland or structure.
(iii) Trellis pattern:
Trellis river pattern is that pattern in which small streams meet a main stream at right angles. This pattern is also known as rectangular river pattern.
