They waste a lot of time and money on cinema. Secondly now-a-days many films deal with the themes of smuggling and other crimes as they have a very bad effect on public morals.

In spite of these shortcomings, cinema has a powerful public appeal. I: the producers do not make money their sole aim. The cinema can be purged of its defects. Then it will have a very positive effect upon the morals of the people. Its popularity is a clear proof of its utility.
