Sama Veda proclaims ‘tat twam ASI’ (Thou art that). It is a bare truth that you are divine, you are God. There is no exaggeration in this at all. Prior to knowing God, you have to know yourself.

You don’t know who you are. You consider yourself to be a mere body, assigned with some name and made of flesh and bone. The fact, however, is that you are not just an ephemeral body but more than that.

You are that Absolute Reality which was in existence before this creation and is still in existence.

It is the principle of total consciousness, the totality of being and becoming, encompassing and transcending the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual realms beyond the horizon of expression, conception, comprehension and imagination.
