Demerits of the Present Curriculum are as follows:
A. It is dominated too much by examinations.
B. It does not include technical and vocational subjects which are so necessary for training the students to take part in the industrial and economic development of the country.
C. It makes inadequate provision for practical.
D. It is bookish and theoretical.
E. It does not cater of the various needs and capacities of the adolescents.
F. It is narrowly conceived.
