Children love play more than any thing else in the world. The friend giving companies to them in their plays are very close and intimate. These friends are children from different families. The school is a miniature society established with the purpose to impart training and education to the children in community. School is built, financed and also manned by I the community. In other hand school interacts with the community by observing NSS & NCC camps, meetings with parents and closing school for celebration of festivals and cultural functions of community.
There are numerous factors of social change which found its origin in the community. Society changes due to the changed mentality of people; this can be done through education of people. People change the behaviours hobbies and habits owing to the social need. Individual learns manly things spontaneously through social interaction and exchange of I views with the people in community.

It offers age old traditional professions transmitted from generation to generation, community has its own way of division of labour on the basis of castes. This hereditary profession is learnt by the child from his seniors or parents.
