There are two diverse views about the relations of the educator and educand. Adams opines that the teacher deliberately tries to mould the development of his students. On the other hand, Adamson protested that the students should make their adjustments and every opportunity for doing so must be placed in their way.

Through the teacher stands aside, he is not superfluous. He should prepare condition to enable the students to achieve salvation. He remains in the background as a kind of statesman but Adamson has no idea of declaring that he is negligible.
