Taxonomy (Gk. Taxis- arrangement, nomos-law) is the branch of biology which deals with identifications, nomenclature and classification of organisms. Development Candolle, a French professor used the term taxonomy.
Identification: It is a method to find correct name and place of the organisms.
Nomenclature: It is also a method to name the organisms.
Clasification: It is also a method to group the organisms in the related groups.
