Interfascicular Cambium:

1. This cambium is secondary meristem.

2. It develops from the parenchymatous cells of medullary rays.

3. It is located between two consecutive vascular bundles.

4. During secondary growth its derivatives are secondary phloem, secondary xylem and conjunctive tissue.

Intrafascicular Cambium:

1. It is primary meristem.

2. It develops from the procambium of the stem apex.

3. It is located inside the open vascular bundles, between phloem and xylem patches.

4. During secondary growth the derivatives are only secondary phloem and secondary xylem.
