Hennry Laurence Gantt (1861-1919)
Gantt, a close associate of Taylor, was an important contributor to scientific management. He worked with Taylor in the Midvale steel company of USA and became a consultant. His ideas were with industrial Democracy and extended his principles, to the betterment of employer-employee relationships. His chief contributions were:
