What does the Article 19(1)(e) state?

As per Art 19(1) (e):

All citizens shall have the right to move freely throughout the territory of India; however this freedom can also be subject, to reasonable restrictions on the ground of:

(a) in the interest of general public

(b) for the protection of the interest of any scheduled tribes.

By the constitutional 44th Amendment Act 1976, fundamental freedom of property has been deleted.
