Ingredients

200 gms cauliflowers

200 gms Capsicum

250 gms Dry dates

200 gms Cabbage

For Dressing

½ Cup Salad Oil

1 tbsp White pepper

2 tsp Vinegar

2 tsp Sugar (Powdered)

1 tbsp Mustard Powder

1 tbsp Salt

2 tsp Lemon Juice

Method

1. Soak the dry dates for 4 to 5 hours.

2. Julienne all the vegetables and dates.

3. Mix vegetables and dates.

4. Put all the ingredients in a dry bottle, cover it and sake it well.

5. Before serving put the dressing on the salad and toss it Garnish with chopped dates and other fruits.
