Mixed vegetable as required

Butter as required

METHOD

1. Saute vegetable in butter.

2. Now add stock to it and bring to boil.

4. Garnish with a little chopped coriander.

To Make Stock

Cut vegetables; use the stock of cabbage, cauliflower, onions, and potatoes. Put salt and pepper corns and boil well in the cooker.
