A Short Poem on “My Unlucky Day”

Today was a very unlucky day!

It was so unlucky I started to cry,

And this is why:

My backpack split,

The bus ran out of gas,

It started to rain,

I stepped on glass!

Class is dismissed,

My teacher is gone,

I got lost in a forest,

My foot got stepped

On a fawn!

My cat scratched my leg,

My dog ran away,

and that is why:

I CRY.
