In what circumstances can the General Assembly hold a special session?

The General Assembly consists of all the members of the United Nations. Each member of the United Nations has one vote, and can send five representatives. This organ meets regularly once in a year. General Assembly can hold a special session if,

(a) Summoned by the Secretary General at the request of the Security Council.

(b) Majority of the members of the UNO want, or

(c) At the request of one member conquered in by a majority of the members.
