If I say that “in our Pakistani society parents ignored their children in their early age then no body believes upon me” because every parent of children loved their Childs as compared to any other worldly stuff.

But it is commonly bird eye viewed our Pakistani society then we came to know  that when child come in the “stage of specking” child show mickle interest every micro and macro  stuff around his or  her exist.

When child feels unsatisfied towards any thing then he moved to the elders and asked the question at that stage we ignore bitterly if he or she insists at his or her question then gazed upon him or some time slapped upon him.

This kind of behaviors not only decreased the level of confidence in children but also murdered the problem solving skills consciously or unconsciously. As early age the Childs not only feelings the behaviors around, but also imagine, then they do at last share, with others. So with the passage of time they come in society with the lack of confidence and lack of power decision, and they not only have less problem solving skills and to find out the solution to a problem.

So keeping this view parents and schools should take the positive steps is to empower children to literally thinking .S o improve the problem solving skills and find out to the solution of that problem there is need to put the young children through a four-steps process, as feel,imagine,do,share. Parents given the satisfactory answer of the question and allowed to “Do something’, no matter what the scale of the task. If the child not allowed to do something who they experienced then analysis their task and decide either it is right or wrong happened.

If the children will apply basic problem solving skills to find-out a solution to a problem, go out-side and test it, and then reflect on it and evaluate its impacts in bringing about change as well as how this change has changed them in the processes and how eventually Pakistan as whole can changed.

So in schools levels the focus is on children in classes in their early classes means till levels 8th .this is right age because at this point children still have that feeling of  empowerment; the audacity to dare to dream. They haven’t yet been affected by the disillusionment of ‘we are helpless, what can we do?’ we can’t do anything’, and ‘there really is no point’ or ‘we don’t have the kind of money this change requires’.

So by parents or in schools are allowed to ‘do something’, no matter what the scale of the task. The practical experience of having actively impacted lives to make a tangible change stays with them and gives them and an optimism they will pass on to others.

An in the bigger picture, considering these children are the future, it will create a generation of positive thinkers. So at Mahalla level or streat level elders should be develop a platform, where the children should be engaged in different activities they are encouraged to adopt a hands-on approach to the problems around their muhalla and schools and street where they are living, and implement solutions as soon as they think of them, so through such kind of activities child gained the high level  of confidence and quick of power decision, and they also improved problem solving skills and to find out the solution to a problem.

At schools level if the given the opportunities to Childs without gander discrimination. Put the major issue before the children such as gander discrimination. They given the activity to analysis their own home atmosphere where his or her has opposite brother or sister if he feels superior behavior then teacher taking his analysis given his or her, another activities to forced the parents treated their both daughter and son in equally manners.

I think is such kind short term activities enable the Pakistani children to took the major projects of out side according to my opinion Pakistani children are capable of doing, but if given the opportunity, one has only to look at some of the projects they have taken up.

The accomplishments are nothing short of awe-inspring.the range of issues children picked on is beyond anything we, as adults,would.while our safe approach to such causes would be to create awareness campaigns, children straight to the problem, conceiving solutions and then implementing them. As they tackle smoking, pann and ghutka addiction, sanitation and any other issue they see around their environment.

As in Quetta, children started a back-to-back school campaign by doing door to door and convincing parents they should allow their girls to get education. Such as in Shireen Jinnah Colony in Karachi, near about five hundred schoolchildren students held a peaceful protest to induce tankers to take a route other then the school route, as various children were caught in accidents trying to avoid the tankers.

Such kind of activities not only creates the awareness about social issues but also enable the child in their early age child gained the high level  of confidence and quick of power decision, and they also improved problem solving skills and know how to find out the solution of  a problem.

So its responsibility of parents should given full attention not only raising questions in their minds but also check and balance on their activities and behaviors and given them opportunity to chose, and  choice and then respect their  positive decisions. In this way the level of confidence resulted changed their personality and formed healthy personality. If healthy personality came in Pakistani society then Pakistani society would be healthy.
